Chat Commands

Enable Chatbot

Toggle Chat Control on in the Telemy dock. This links to your Twitch channel via the TelemyBot account.

Scene Commands

Switch OBS scenes directly from Twitch chat.

!telemy <scene_alias>
Switch to a specific scene. Example: !telemy game

Scene aliases are configured in the dock. Each alias maps to an OBS scene name (e.g., "game" maps to "Gaming Scene", "brb" maps to "BRB Screen").

Auto Mode

!telemy auto
Resume automatic scene switching

After a manual !telemy <scene> command, automatic scene switching pauses. Use !telemy auto to re-enable it.

Status Command

!telemy status
Bot replies with current scene and stream info

Role Filter

Configure who can use chat commands:

  • Broadcaster only — just you
  • Broadcaster + Mods — you and your moderators

Set the role filter in the dock under Chat Control settings. Changes take effect immediately.

Chat Toggles

Three toggles in the dock control bot behavior:

  • Announce switches — bot posts "Switching to <scene>" when a chat command changes the scene
  • Announce auto resume — bot posts when !telemy auto re-enables automatic switching
  • Status replies — bot replies to !telemy status with current stream info
