Troubleshooting

Black Dock Screen

OBS CEF caches dock assets, which can cause a blank screen after updates.

  • Close the dock tab, then reopen it via View → Docks → Telemy.
  • If that doesn't work, close OBS completely and restart it.

DLL Load Failure

The plugin doesn't appear in OBS after installing.

  • Verify the DLL is in the correct directory: obs-plugins/64bit/
  • Confirm you have the 64-bit version of OBS Studio.
  • Check OBS log files for error messages (Help → Log Files → View Current Log).

Login Not Working

The sign-in window doesn't open or authentication fails.

  • Check your browser isn't blocking popups from telemyapp.com.
  • Try a different browser.
  • Check that your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking connections to telemyapp.com.

Relay Connection Issues

Stream data isn't reaching the relay server.

  • Verify your stream key is correct.
  • Check that the relay server is reachable (try pinging it).
  • Check the Status page for service issues.

GPU Metrics Missing

GPU stats don't appear in the dock telemetry.

  • GPU metrics require an NVIDIA GPU with NVML support.
  • AMD and Intel GPUs are not yet supported.
  • If you have an NVIDIA GPU, ensure your drivers are up to date.
