What Are Connections?

Connections link your OBS outputs to relay servers. Each connection handles one stream output, forwarding telemetry and stream data through the relay infrastructure.

BYOR (Bring Your Own Relay)

Use your own SRT relay server with Telemy.

• Enter the relay address and port in the dock.
• No billing — BYOR connections are free.
• Good for self-hosted setups and custom infrastructure.

Managed Relays

Let Telemy provision and manage the relay for you.

1. Click Add Managed in the dock.
2. A relay is auto-provisioned in your region.
3. Billed per stream-active hour (only when data flows).

Multi-Connection

Add multiple connections for different outputs. Each output can go to a different relay, and you can monitor all connections in the dock simultaneously.

Connection Status Indicators

• Green — connected and streaming
• Yellow — connected, no data
• Red — disconnected or error
• Gray — not configured
