Terms of Service

The service

Telemy provides a stream telemetry plugin for OBS Studio and optional SRT relay infrastructure for IRL streamers. By creating an account or using the plugin, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Telemy. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@telemyapp.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to transmit illegal content.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with relay infrastructure or other users' connections.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the plugin or control plane.
• Share or resell relay connections to third parties.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed through LemonSqueezy, which acts as merchant of record. Your payment relationship is with LemonSqueezy and subject to their terms of service. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Availability and SLA

Telemy is provided on a best-effort basis. Relay connections may experience interruptions due to network conditions, maintenance, or capacity. We do not guarantee uptime or latency for relay infrastructure. The OBS plugin operates locally and does not depend on our servers for core functionality.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from stream interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with notice where practical. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@telemyapp.com. On termination, your relay connections will be deprovisioned and account data deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within the United States.
